Our five person volunteer Board of Directors is available to answer questions and to help rectify issues concerning our community that arise from time to time.
Board Meetings are held periodically throughout the year. The Annual Board Meeting is held in late Spring. At that time, the accomplishments of the previous year are discussed, the plans and budget for the upcoming year are presented for approval and the Board of Directors is elected. All members of our community are invited to attend all meetings and are made aware of upcoming meetings by signage posted at the entrance on Southern Hills Drive, announcements on the website and a direct mailing for the Annual Meeting.
