In order to maintain property values and the attractive environment of our neighborhood the Covenants and Bylaws establish standards to govern the appearance of each home within the community. The attached PDF's contain Covenants and Bylaws including landscaping and architectural standards.
An architectural review committee (ARC) reviews projects and plans proposed by homeowners. Homeowners are asked to approach the ARC by completing and submitting the Architectural Review Application on the next page. Submission of plans to the (ARC) is required for projects that will alter the appearance of the home, including but not limited to:
Changes to the material, appearance or color of roofs, siding, trim, windows or doors.
Alterations to the layout or materials of driveways or front paths.
Patio or deck construction or modification, including the erection of shelters of any kind.
Planting of trees and shrubs especially within 6' of the lot line, or 30' of the golf course.
Pruning, trimming (including roots) or felling of large established trees.
Landscaping that changes or redirects water drainage.
As waived for many years, there are no fees charged by the HOA for the application process.
